Do we provide International shipping? If so, what are the shipping rates?

What kind of payment methods do we provide?

All payments are managed through PayPal; all your details are extremely secured. We also have afterpay (Australia only) available. 

Do I need a PayPal account to make payments?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to make any payments. All payments can be made without a PayPal account.

I haven’t received a confirmation on my order that I placed?

Please give it 2 working days for you to receive a confirmation email after you’ve placed your order, if on any occasion you still haven’t received a confirmation email. Please email us about your order via info@rarefiedclothing.com or complete the form on the Contact Us page.

How long does delivery take?

Do we accept returns on orders?

Yes, we have a 14days return policy. However, customers have to arrange for return delivery personally and the item should be in the same condition as they received it. Visit our Refund Policy page for more info.

No, we do not have a physical store that customers can visit.

How often do we restock designs?

We do not restock, each product is made to a particular number.
